Our slab size cakes can be portioned to whatever size is most useful. From a slice that is suitable for an individual dessert to portioned cocktail size for a high tea or cocktail platter. Shipped frozen in our wholesale cardboard boxes, our slabs are 30cm by 48cm. You can decide what size suits you.
